Shipping Charges

  • Additional charges may apply for remote or special service locations.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed on working days only.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once dispatched, customers will receive shipment details via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Delivery Timings

9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

We recommend ensuring that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.


Failed Delivery Attempts

Courier companies generally make 2-3 delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Customer unavailable
  • Incorrect address
  • Unreachable contact number
  • Refusal to accept delivery

The shipment may be returned to our warehouse (RTO – Return To Origin).

In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply.
  • Orders returned due to customer unavailability may not qualify for free re-delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking ID and courier details

Packaging Standards

We take utmost care while packing every order.

All products are securely packed using:

  • High-quality carton boxes

This helps minimize the risk of damage during transportation.


Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package:

  1. Check with family members, neighbors, security staff, or reception desk.
  2. Verify the delivery address provided during checkout.
  3. Wait until the end of the day, as some courier systems update delivery status before final handover.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact our support team within 24 hours of the delivery status update.

Claims reported after 24 hours may not be eligible for investigation with the courier company.


Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the package appears:

  • Opened
  • Tampered with
  • Physically damaged

Please do not accept the delivery and immediately contact our support team with photos and videos of the package.
