COD Availability

  • COD is available only on eligible products and PIN codes.
  • Availability of COD will be displayed during checkout.
  • MOBIXACESS.COM reserves the right to disable COD for certain products, locations, or orders without prior notice.

Order Verification

  • COD orders may require verification through phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email before dispatch.
  • Unverified orders may be cancelled automatically.

COD Charges

  • Additional COD charges may apply and will be shown during checkout, if applicable.

Delivery & Payment

  • Full payment must be made in cash to the delivery executive at the time of delivery.
  • Please keep the exact amount ready whenever possible.
  • Customers should inspect the package condition before accepting delivery.

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners usually make 2-3 delivery attempts.
  • If the customer is unavailable or refuses delivery, the order may be cancelled and returned to us.

Repeated COD Order Refusals

  • MOBIXACESS.COM reserves the right to restrict or disable COD services for customers who repeatedly refuse or fail to accept COD orders.

Cancellation of COD Orders

  • COD orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
