Warranty Coverage

  • All spare parts come with a 10-Day Testing Warranty unless otherwise specified on the product page.
  • Warranty details and coverage are mentioned on the respective product page.
  • Warranty period starts from the date of delivery of the product.
  • Display folders are covered under warranty only before pasting or installation.
  • OLED displays have no warranty for fingerprint sensor functionality.
  • In-screen fingerprint sensors, proximity sensors, and other built-in sensors may not function on compatible display folders and are not covered under warranty.

Warranty Will Be Void If

  • Warranty seal, sticker, or protective film is removed, damaged, tampered with, or repositioned.
  • Product is physically damaged, broken, bent, or mishandled.
  • Product has been modified, repaired, or altered by the customer.
  • Damage occurs due to improper installation, misuse, liquid damage, electrical faults, or external factors.

Shipping & Delivery

Replacement Requirements

To qualify for replacement:

  1. Record a complete unboxing video from the sealed courier package opening until product inspection.
  2. Provide a clear video showing the product issue or defect.
  3. Warranty stickers and protective films must remain intact.
  4. Product must be returned with original packaging and accessories.
  5. Product must not have any physical damage, scratches, cracks, or installation marks.

Without an unboxing video, no complaint or replacement request will be accepted.

Replacement Processing

  • Replacement requests are inspected by our technical team.
  • Please allow up to 10–12 business days for verification and processing.
  • Products sent for replacement, repair, or inspection must be collected within 10 days after resolution. Unclaimed products may be disposed of without further notice.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only while the status is Processing.
  • Once an order status changes to Shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • If an order is placed on Hold and cannot be fulfilled, the customer may be eligible for a refund.
