Wrong model selection or ordering by mistake is not eligible for replacement under our policy.

5. Payment Policy

We accept available online payment methods, including UPI, debit cards, credit cards and net banking.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • 50% advance payment is compulsory to confirm a COD order.
  • The remaining 50% must be paid at the time of delivery.
  • Orders are processed after advance payment confirmation.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Free shipping is available across India on eligible orders.
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM on working days may qualify for same-day dispatch.
  • We aim to dispatch eligible confirmed orders within 24 hours.
  • Delivery generally takes 1–5 business days, depending on the location.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier services, weather or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests should be submitted before dispatch.
  • A 10% cancellation charge may apply to eligible customer-requested cancellations due to incorrect product selection or ordering by mistake, where legally permitted and disclosed before purchase.
  • No cancellation charge applies when cancellation is due to an error by Mobixacess.com.
  • Once an order is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

8. Replacement Policy – 15 Days

Mobixacess.com offers a 15-day replacement policy for eligible defective products.

  • Replacement requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.
  • Manufacturing defects are subject to inspection and verification.
  • The original product sticker, seal or identification label must remain intact.
  • Removed, damaged or tampered stickers may make the product ineligible for replacement.
  • Physical damage, liquid damage, improper installation and misuse are not covered.

For damaged or incorrect deliveries, please contact us within 48 hours with your order details and supporting photos or videos.

9. Warranty Conditions

Warranty and testing periods depend on the individual product. Please check the product page before ordering.

Warranty may not cover physical damage, liquid damage, burnt products, improper installation or tampered seals.
